Shipping & Returns


RETURN POLICY

We accept returns by permission only. Just returning something to us does not guarantee that we'll take it back or issue a refund. Contact us via account support ticket to make arrangements for the return.

* Item must be unused - unopened - shrink wrapped
* In original packaging and in perfect packing condition.
* Shipping charges are paid by you.

We will NOT refund shipping charges. Furthermore, we are NOT reselling or restocking returned items due our strict hygiene policies. This is part of our buyers’ protection to get always new, fresh and unused products.

To be eligible for a refund, you MUST return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds are issued within 48-72H after receiving the returned item (not the day shipped back to us).

BROKEN ITEMS

* Note: proof of broken and/or damaged shipment must be provided by the customer in form of photo and documentation for broken shipment from your local post office.

LOST ITEMS

* Note: Proof of lost shipment must be provided by your local post office. Documentation is needed. We will recheck all these claims from your local post office, postal distribution center and your local customs until product is reshipped. It could be that the item is still in transit, customs or was accidentally delivered by your postal service to the wrong address.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If you fail to provide updated and correct shipping address for the delivery and the product is returned to us. We will not reship to you unless reshipping fees are paid by you. Same applies to unclaimed items.

All shipments that have been returned because they were unclaimed by you will be subject to a recycling fee unless reshipping charges are paid by you. Remember, we do get documentation as a proof from any country, if package was unclaimed. You have 30 days’ time to pick up your package when it arrives to your local post office. All orders are shipped as Registered Mail which means you get Tracking Number and you need to sign it before post office gives package to you.

This is our guarantee that all orders are shipped and are traceable. Unregistered mail cannot be traced. Please do not ask from us to “leave your package to front of door” etc. Postman will take package back to Post Office if you are not at home. Tracking Number is not like courier “node to node” live tracking. You can see when it was shipped and arrived to your location (inbound mail). Most of the postal services in the world offer this via their website.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

All orders include Registered Mail fee. We don’t charge any extra for handling or packaging material. All shipping costs are based purely on real shipping cost by weight. We ship daily to over 50 countries (direct sales, distribution, retail channels, etc.). Shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled material.

APO & FPO - ORDERS

We ship to almost all destinations (some restrictions apply). We ship to APO & FPO addresses. We do it even better. We’ll give service men and women a special 10% discount code. Please request it via “contact us” form before you order.

SPECIAL DISCOUNT GROUPS & ASSOCIATIONS

Any groups below are eligible to special permanent discounts:

-      Group ID: SDHA. Members of Men or Women health associations (any type). Such association representative should contact us before we are able to give special discounts. Opportunity to offer our discounts as part of their services to their members.

-      Group ID: SDVO. War veteran organizations are all welcomed – any country. Please contact us before you apply for special discount.

-      Group ID: SDAM. Active members in US Army are all eligible to special discounts. Such orders will be shipped only to APO & FPO address.

 

DELIVERY TIME

All orders & packages are processed & shipped from our facility within 24-36 Hours. We process orders between Monday and Friday between 06.00-18.00. Saturdays between 09.00-12.00. Your package leaves from shipper destination within 24H after you place your order. Foreign countries; Your local custom formalities & transit times are no longer under our control. Jurisdiction of the domestic delivery is in destination Postal Service hands (Deutsche Post, Parcel Force, etc.).

All packages are shipped as 1st Class Airmail Package - REGISTERED MAIL which can be traced. Packages arrive to destination in 5-16 days. If it takes more than 15 days. Please visit your local post office and give your Registered Mail number & claim your package. In many cases they left a notice to your front door but it was lost.
