EMAIL BLOCKAGE ALERT

  • We are experiencing increasing problems with our emails being blocked. Make sure any Spam blocker or interceptor you use is set to permit email from the email address we use to send our invoices & emails - sales@ainterol.us, sales@ainterol.com
  • Also, many ISP's (e.g., AOL,HOTMAIL, YAHOO, GMAIL) use keyword blocking, which stops our invoices & emails due to content. Make sure that you either have this feature turned off or that you add our invoicing email address to your permission list (also known as whitelist or friends) so that you can get your invoice.
  • We also use advanced spam filtering & interceptor to block unwanted emails. Unfortunately authentic emails are often blocked.
  • If your ISP is blocked by spam bot (IP or IP range). 80% of such emails or support tickets are automatically ignored by our email servers. This means your message never comes up to our office computers. There is no human intervention. We are unable to handle over 10.000 daily spam emails manually. Even trying to do it manually is impossible. Just giving you one example of it: Employee works non-stop 24 hours in a day, clearing 10000 spam emails per day, she/he have to spend only 0.14sec per email ot get it cleared. That's mission Impossible.
  • Increasing spam, worms & trojans and blocking them is our main concern to protect your privacy.
